What to expect at Kara Clarke Physiotherapy
All Initial physiotherapy assessments start with a thorough history of your problem and general medical history. This is then followed by
an extensive examination to asses how you move, sources of pain, muscle weakness/imbalance and movement inefficiences.
Once the examintaion is complete a diagnosis can be made.
This will be clearly explained to you and then together we will
formulate a treatment plan to help alleviate your symptoms and prevent further injury.
There are a number of treatments that can be used to help reduce your pain and improve your movement. Your specific treatment options will be discussed with you and a personalised treatment plan devised.

"Kara is my pilates teacher and treated me as a physiotherapist for a back injury over 3 sessions in May 2015. Kara is an excellent physiotherapist and was quick to identify my problem and arrange a course of treatment. She is utterly professional and very effective at her job. The fact that I was able to recover from my injury so quickly is entirely due to her treatment. I would strongly recommend her"
